Our surrogacy fees to the surrogate are generally paid as follows: A first time surrogate receives $22,000 for a completed surrogacy cycle (completed means that you carry a full term pregnancy and give birth). The $22,000 fee is allocated into 12 monthly installments of $1833.33 per month.
The first installment of is paid when once the screening has been completed and you have been approved by the Intended Parents physician/clinic to undergo the surrogacy cycle, and commence your first injectable medication. You will also receive agreed upon expenses for travel, childcare, meals, lost wages and screening of your partner/spouse as it pertains to the cycle.
If no pregnancy occurs, then the installments stop and will restart once a new cycle is undertaken with the same Intended Parents. The legal contract, that is drafted between you and the Intended Parents will outline your fees and payments in detail.
Once you become pregnant, in addition to your monthly installment of your fee, you may also receive the following:
We will send your checks via UPS, Federal Express, or by the US Postal Service. Expense reimbursement related to a screening visit or treatment will be provided to the surrogate within three business days prior to a clinic appointment. Initiation of the fees payable once the surrogate is pregnant will commence only when we have confirmation from the medical facility that a blood pregnancy test is positive. Should your cycle be canceled or changed due to medical reasons NOT related to your negligence, you will receive only the prorated amount you had received up to that date. No further payments will be made until treatment restarts with the same Intended Parents.
